The hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature, making it a great place to relax and unwind. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with premium rooms offering even more luxury. the food is excellent with a fixed menu and extensive starter buffets. the swimming pools are of nice temperatures, and the spa is superb, providing many treatments to choose from.

The coffee served at breakfast could be better, possibly using fresh milk.

The pools were truly refreshing and the sauna was very relaxing! The location was great, we could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and spacious, and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area.

The staff at the check-out desk were not very friendly and didn't seem to understand much English, which made settling our bill a bit complicated. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay overall.

The pools were amazing, clean and warm with variety of jets. The gardens were full of blossoms with birds singing. The hotel had regular evening dance programs and elegant restaurants. Spacious rooms and numerous well-kept pools added to the relaxing atmosphere.

I spent my Christmas holidays at a hotel in Italy and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The hotel was located in a quiet town, surrounded by beautiful hills and greenery. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I especially loved the fact that the hotel offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained throughout the day, such as guided hiking tours and cooking classes. One more thing that I liked the most was the exceptional Christmas dinner, it was the perfect way to celebrate the holidays!

There were a few things I didn't enjoy during my stay. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit slow, which made it difficult to stream movies or video chat with my friends. Secondly, the room was quite small and basic, it lacked some amenities that I had expected, like a mini-fridge. Lastly, the hotel's gym was a bit outdated, it could have benefited from more modern equipment. Despite these minor issues, I still had an amazing time staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint and relaxing getaway.
